Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 16, 2026

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

If the order has not entered production or otherwise become non-cancellable because of its particular circumstances, DLDPT may cancel the order without a cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to: help@dldpt.com & through our portal.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean an order has been canceled. DLDPT will confirm whether the cancellation was successfully processed.

2. Standard Order Cancellations

For products that are not made-to-order, custom, handmade, or specialty-produced, cancellation eligibility will depend on the fulfillment status of the order.

If an order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return process.

3. Made-to-Order, Handmade & Custom Product Cancellations

Certain DLDPT products are produced specifically in response to customer orders. These may include: made-to-order merchandise; handmade merchandise; limited-production items; custom-produced merchandise; and specialty-manufactured products.

Because materials, labor, manufacturing resources, and production capacity may be committed specifically to these orders, a 25% cancellation fee may apply to voluntary customer-requested cancellations after the applicable grace period. This percentage is intended to reasonably approximate the direct costs typically committed to made-to-order production at the time of cancellation, including materials, labor, and reserved manufacturing capacity.

The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method. The 25% cancellation fee is intended to offset production-related costs already committed to the order. The fee does not apply where DLDPT is legally required to provide a full refund.

4. When the 25% Cancellation Fee Does Not Apply

The made-to-order cancellation fee will not be deducted from a refund when a full refund is required because of circumstances such as:

DLDPT determining that it cannot fulfill the order;

DLDPT canceling the order;

DLDPT failing to ship within the applicable promised timeframe and the customer declining the delay;

an applicable consumer-protection law requiring a full refund; or

another circumstance in which applicable law, DLDPT's documented internal fee-waiver guidelines, or the terms presented at purchase require the fee to be waived.

When an online seller cannot ship within the time represented to the customer, federal rules generally require the seller to notify the customer of the delay and provide the choice to consent to that delay or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delayed Made-to-Order Products

If DLDPT learns that a made-to-order product cannot be shipped within the timeframe originally represented to the customer, DLDPT will provide an appropriate delay notice.

Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered: continued fulfillment under a revised timeframe; an exchange for another eligible item that may be available sooner; optional store credit or a promotional incentive; another mutually agreed resolution; or cancellation and a full refund when applicable.

Customers will not be required to accept a replacement product or store credit when a full refund is otherwise required. The FTC specifically provides that a merchant generally cannot substitute merchandise that is materially different without the customer's agreement.

6. DLDPT Eight-Week Commitment

Products specifically sold under DLDPT's Eight-Week Commitment are subject to the timeframe disclosed when the order was placed.

If DLDPT cannot meet the applicable shipment commitment, DLDPT will communicate the delay and provide the customer with appropriate resolution options.

If: (1) the order was expressly covered by the Eight-Week Commitment; (2) DLDPT fails to meet the applicable commitment; (3) the merchandise has not been shipped within the applicable Eight-Week Commitment; and (4) DLDPT failed to provide appropriate communication concerning the delay — DLDPT will provide a full refund to the original payment method plus a $50 DLDPT gift card as a customer-care courtesy. The $50 gift card is provided in addition to the refund and does not replace any refund otherwise due.

7. Return Eligibility After Delivery

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Returned merchandise must: be unworn; be unused; be unaltered; include applicable tags; include original packaging when reasonably possible; and be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Customers must receive return authorization from DLDPT before sending merchandise back. Customers should not send unauthorized returns without contacting DLDPT first, because DLDPT may be unable to properly identify or process the package.

8. Refund Option for Approved Returns

For an approved customer-choice return, customers may select a refund to the original payment method.

Where disclosed and legally permitted, the refund may be reduced by:

an applicable restocking fee, which, where charged, will not exceed 15% of the merchandise price and will be clearly disclosed to the customer before the return is finalized;

a $9.99 DLDPT return-label fee when DLDPT provides the label; and

actual return-shipping charges or other clearly disclosed charges attributable to the return.I

No deduction will be made where applicable law requires DLDPT to provide a full refund without such a fee. DLDPT will clearly disclose applicable return deductions before finalizing the return.

9. Store Credit Option

Customers with an approved return may alternatively choose DLDPT store credit where available. Depending on the return circumstances, DLDPT may offer the full approved merchandise balance as store credit and may waive certain return deductions.

DLDPT store credit: may be used at DLDPT.com; does not expire unless otherwise disclosed; is generally non-transferable; and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Store credit is optional when the customer is otherwise entitled to a cash refund.

10. Return Shipping

For ordinary customer-choice returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. When DLDPT provides a prepaid return label, the applicable label cost may be deducted from the refund if disclosed before the return is completed.

Customers should ship authorized returns within the timeframe provided in their return instructions and are strongly encouraged to retain tracking information and proof of shipment.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

Customers who receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered should contact DLDPT as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

For the fastest review, customers should notify DLDPT within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide: order number; photographs or video of the merchandise; photographs of the packaging where relevant; and a description of the issue. The 48-hour period is intended to help DLDPT investigate delivery and product issues promptly and does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

If the claim is approved, DLDPT may provide, depending on the circumstances: replacement; exchange; reshipment; repair where appropriate; refund; or another agreed resolution.

For an error caused by DLDPT, the customer will not be charged a restocking fee. DLDPT will generally cover reasonable return shipping when it requires the return of an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

12. Normal Product Variations

Handmade and specialty-produced products may contain minor differences between individual units. Reasonable variations in items such as wood grain; handcrafted finishing; texture; material appearance; color appearance caused by screens or lighting; stitching; hardware placement; or other minor handmade characteristics are not automatically considered defects.

This provision does not apply to material manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or merchandise that materially fails to match the product purchased.

13. Lost Packages & Carrier Issues

If an order appears lost in transit, customers should contact DLDPT so that available carrier or shipping-protection procedures can be reviewed. DLDPT may request reasonable information needed to open a carrier investigation.

For packages marked delivered, DLDPT may review tracking information, delivery photographs, GPS information provided by the carrier, shipping-protection coverage, and other relevant evidence. A carrier scan may be considered evidence during an investigation but does not eliminate any rights the customer may have under applicable law or payment-provider rules.

14. Stolen Packages

Customers should promptly report suspected package theft after confirmed carrier delivery. Depending on the circumstances, DLDPT may assist with carrier investigations; shipping-protection claims; replacement options; or other available resolutions.

Customers may also be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to investigate the reported theft.

15. Refused & Returned-to-Sender Packages

Refusing delivery or failing to claim a package does not automatically create a right to a full refund.

Packages returned to DLDPT because of customer refusal; incorrect customer-provided address; failed delivery attempts; or failure to claim the package will be reviewed individually. Where permitted, actual shipping, return-shipping, or applicable restocking charges may be deducted, subject to the restocking fee cap set forth in Section 8.

Orders returned because of a DLDPT error will not be subject to customer-caused deductions.

16. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, DLDPT will initiate the refund within the timeframe required by applicable law and DLDPT's payment systems. After DLDPT issues a refund, additional time may be required for the customer's bank, credit-card issuer, BNPL provider, or payment processor to reflect the transaction.

Where a refund is required under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, DLDPT will process the refund within the timeframe required by that rule, including the applicable seven-working-day requirement for covered payment methods.

17. Order Exchanges

DLDPT may offer exchanges when appropriate. If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the customer may be responsible for the difference. If the replacement costs less, DLDPT may refund or credit the difference depending on the circumstances.

A materially different substitute will not be sent in place of a delayed product without the customer's agreement.

18. Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during promotions remain subject to the eligibility requirements of this policy unless the applicable promotion clearly states otherwise before purchase.

If a return causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotion such as Buy One Get One; Buy Two Get One; Buy Three Get One; bundled pricing; free gifts; or threshold discounts, DLDPT may recalculate the transaction to reflect the merchandise actually retained by the customer. Any such adjustment will be explained as part of the return calculation.

19. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

DLDPT encourages customers to contact help@dldpt.com first so that DLDPT has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue directly. Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising rights available through their bank, card issuer, BNPL provider, payment processor, or applicable law.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, DLDPT may provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, including order information; tracking records; delivery confirmations; customer communications; product information; return or refund records; and records showing the policies presented at the time of purchase.

DLDPT may contest disputes that it reasonably believes are inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, or inconsistent with documented order records.

20. Fraud, Abuse & Excessive Policy Misuse

DLDPT may restrict future purchasing privileges when there is documented evidence of fraudulent transactions; fraudulent returns; intentional chargeback abuse; repeated false nondelivery claims; manipulation of promotions; threats involving fraudulent disputes; or other material abuse of DLDPT's policies.

Any restriction will apply only to future business dealings and does not eliminate rights related to a transaction that have already arisen under applicable law.

21. Policy Version Applicable to the Order

The version of DLDPT's policies presented or otherwise applicable when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law. Updating DLDPT's policies does not automatically rewrite the contractual terms of previously completed purchases. DLDPT may update this policy for future purchases when business operations, legal requirements, or customer-service procedures change. The effective date of the current policy will appear at the top of this page.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable federal law and the consumer protection laws of the states in which DLDPT does business, including any state-specific requirements governing the conspicuous disclosure of return periods, restocking fees, or refund conditions. Governing law and dispute resolution terms are set forth in DLDPT's Terms & Conditions.

22. Relationship to Other DLDPT Policies

This policy should be read together with the DLDPT: Shipping, Production & Delivery Policy; Terms & Conditions; and Privacy Policy.

If provisions overlap, DLDPT will apply them consistently with applicable law and the terms presented for the transaction. Nothing in DLDPT's policies is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
