• materials may be sourced specifically for the order

• slight variations in hardware, color, materials, textures, or design details may occur

• product photos and screen displays may differ slightly from the final item appearance

Shipping timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Certain items may require up to 8 weeks for production and delivery depending on production scheduling and operational conditions.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final once an order enters:

• production

• processing

• packaging

• fulfillment preparation

• shipment preparation

Orders may not be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.

Customers may qualify for a full refund to the original payment method only if an order has not been delivered within 8 weeks (56 calendar days) from the original order date, subject to review under the DLDPT 8-Week Delivery Protection Policy.

For approved delivered-order returns:

• refunds to the original payment method may be issued with applicable deductions

• restocking fees and a $9.99 return label fee may be deducted from the refund amount

• customers may alternatively choose store credit for the full approved return balance

Store credit:

• does not expire

• is non-transferable

• may only be used through DLDPT.com

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from DLDPT.com, customers agree to contact DLDPT customer support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks filed in violation of DLDPT policies may be disputed using:

• IP address records

• checkout acknowledgment records

• policy acceptance confirmations

Fraudulent disputes, false claims, policy abuse, or excessive chargeback activity may result in:
