Every DLDPT order is protected under our 8-Week No-Delivery Refund Promise.
If your order is not successfully delivered within 8 weeks of your purchase date, you become fully eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Easy Return Process
If your order arrives and you would like to request a return or exchange, simply contact our support team within the approved return window and we’ll guide you through the process.
• Return requests filed within 24 hours of confirmed delivery remain eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
• Return requests submitted after 24 hours but within 7 days of delivery may qualify for a DLDPT store credit or exchange.
• Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery become non-returnable and non-refundable.

Approved returns may qualify for return assistance or discounted return shipping depending on the item type, fulfillment status, and return reason.
Fast Refund Processing
Once approved returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed promptly. Refunds to the original payment method are only available when the return request is filed within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
