DLDPT® Shipping Policy

DLDPT® is committed to delivering premium footwear with care, precision, and transparency. Many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made to order to preserve exclusivity and craftsmanship. Please review the following shipping policy prior to placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Certain items, including custom, handmade, or made-to-order products, may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Timeframes

 

 

 

Once processing is complete, estimated shipping times are as follows:

 


  • Domestic (United States): 7–12 business days
  • International orders: Shipping times vary by destination and carrier

Estimated total delivery timeframe:

10–17 business days from the order date for standard, non-custom items.


Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, peak seasons, or holidays.

Tracking Information


A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Orders may ship in multiple packages, which can result in multiple tracking numbers.

DLDPT® Customer Protection & Refund Guarantee

To protect our customers, DLDPT® offers the following shipping guarantees:


  • If a tracking number has not been provided within 30 calendar days of the order date, the customer is eligible for a full refund upon request.
  • If the order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days of the order date, the customer is eligible for a full refund upon request.

 

These timeframes are based on calendar days, not business days.

This guarantee does not apply to custom handmade or made-to-order items, which have separate production and delivery timelines disclosed at checkout.

 

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

 

Custom, handmade, or made-to-order items are produced specifically for each customer and may require extended processing and delivery times.

By purchasing a custom item, the customer acknowledges that:

  • Production timelines may exceed standard processing times
  • Custom items are final sale unless otherwise stated
  • Shipping guarantees differ from ready-to-ship item

Estimated delivery windows for custom items are listed on the individual product pages.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

DLDPT® is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DLDPT® is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but reported as stolen.

When applicable, we will assist customers with filing a carrier claim.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

DLDPT® is not responsible for customs delays or packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before completing checkout.
