DLDPT was never created overnight.
What started as a small vision eventually became a growing luxury footwear and fashion brand built through experience, creativity, setbacks, and reinvention.
Before DLDPT became what it is today, the brand originally began as Cross Collection CC. As time went on, we evolved into The Doll Department, and eventually into what is now known as DLDPT Luxury Group LLC.
Like many growing brands, the journey came with a lot of learning experiences. In the beginning, we explored different styles of fashion and different ways of operating while trying to understand exactly what kind of company we wanted to become. Over time, we realized we wanted to move away from simply selling products and instead focus on creating statement fashion pieces that felt elevated, exclusive, and expressive.
That transition changed everything.
The Doll Department became more than just a name. It became a vision centered around “The Dolls” — confident individuals who love bold fashion, luxury energy, standout footwear, and statement pieces that turn attention the moment they walk into a room.
As the company evolved into DLDPT, we began focusing heavily on inspired fashion, luxury-inspired silhouettes, and custom-designed concepts. Many of our collections are inspired by fashion history, celebrity culture, runway moments, travel, architecture, and timeless statement pieces that left an impact on fashion culture. Some items are fully designed by DLDPT, while others are inspired reinterpretations of styles that influenced us creatively. Our goal has always been to take inspiration and transform it into something that feels uniquely DLDPT.
Today, DLDPT operates as a small but growing Atlanta-based fashion company focused primarily on luxury footwear and statement fashion pieces.
How DLDPT Operates
We believe transparency matters, so we want our customers to understand exactly how our company works.
DLDPT currently operates with a very small team. Every order, collection launch, customer interaction, campaign, and design concept is handled with close attention and care. While we continue to expand, we remain hands-on with every part of the business.
Our offices and operations are based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are not a large warehouse corporation, and we are not a mass-production company. Many of our products are produced in limited quantities, made-to-order batches, or specialty production runs depending on demand and collection type.
Processing & Shipping
If an item is currently in stock, orders typically require:
• 3–7 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packaging
• 5–12 business days for shipping depending on the shipping method selected at checkout
Some items may arrive sooner depending on inventory availability and shipping selection.
Made-To-Order Items
Certain DLDPT items are made-to-order or produced in specialty production batches. These products typically require additional production time before shipment.
Most made-to-order items arrive within approximately 4–6 weeks, but customers should allow up to 8 weeks for completion in the event of production delays, material sourcing adjustments, or high-volume demand periods.
Once production is completed, the selected shipping method will begin.
Our Policy Promise:
At DLDPT, we believe customers deserve clarity and protection while shopping with us.
All orders are protected under our 8-week Policy Promise. If an eligible order has not been delivered within 8 weeks, customers may request resolution support through our customer service team based on the circumstances of the order.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can provide updates, solutions, and assistance as quickly as possible.
Priority Fulfillment
Customers who choose Priority Fulfillment may receive faster handling and direct shipment options depending on product availability and collection type. Additional terms and timelines may apply depending on the item purchased.

Every campaign, product concept, and collection is created with the intention of helping our customers feel bold, elevated, stylish, and unforgettable. Whether it’s a dramatic heel, a sculpted wedge, or an editorial-inspired boot, our goal is always to create pieces that feel impactful.
Recently, we introduced one of our newest releases, the Sculpt Muse Wedges — a design created with creativity, structure, and statement fashion in mind by DLDPT founder and CEO Cross.
As we continue to grow, some collections may be retired, redesigned, or released in limited quantities to preserve exclusivity and creative direction.
