Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

 

Most items are processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-orders or limited drops may take longer, which will be noted on the product page.

When will I get tracking info?

You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is fulfilled—usually within 3–7 business days. Please allow time for tracking to update.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing for U.S. orders. Pre-orders or custom pairs may take longer depending on availability.

 Sizing & Fit

Do your shoes run true to size?

 

 

Yes! All products are marked True to Size unless otherwise stated. We recommend ordering your normal U.S. size.

Do you offer a size chart?

Yes—there’s a size chart linked on every product page. Need help deciding? Reach out through live chat and we’ll guide you.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Absolutely! We offer returns on eligible items within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@dldpt.com or click the returns link at the bottom of the site. We’ll guide you from there.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Product Care

How do I clean my footwear?

 

 

Use a gentle wipe or damp cloth for faux leather. For suede, use a soft brush. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing.

Are your shoes water resistant?

Most pairs are water-friendly but not waterproof. If you need weather-ready picks, check the description or message us for help.

Can I use more than one promo code?
