How long does it take to process my order?

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery timelines begin once the order has completed processing and has been shipped by the carrier.

Estimated shipping options may include:
• Standard Shipping: typically 7–12 business days after shipment  
• Expedited Shipping ($39.99): typically 5–9 business days after shipment

• expedited shipping speeds up carrier delivery time only  
• expedited shipping does not skip processing or production timelines  
• made-to-order, handmade, or limited-production items may still require additional production time before shipment

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. DLDPT ships to select international destinations where shipping is available at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for:

What if my order has not arrived?

DLDPT offers an 8-Week Delivery Protection Policy.

If your order has not been delivered within 8 weeks (56 calendar days) from the original order date, please contact our support team for resolution review.

Depending on the situation, resolutions may include:
• replacement  
• reshipment  
• store credit  
• refund consideration  

Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, operational interruptions, or logistics conditions may occur and are outside of DLDPT’s direct control.

Made-to-Order & Production

What does “made-to-order” mean?

Made-to-order items are produced specifically after your order is placed rather than pulled from ready-to-ship inventory.

This allows DLDPT to focus on:
• limited-production quality  
• elevated materials  
• statement craftsmanship  
• detailed finishing  

Some made-to-order items may require up to 8 weeks for production and delivery depending on demand and production scheduling.

Does expedited shipping skip production time?

No.

Expedited shipping only speeds up carrier transit time after your order has completed processing and shipment preparation.

Made-to-order and limited-production items may still require additional production time regardless of the shipping method selected.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once:
• production has started  
• materials have been sourced  
• fulfillment preparation has begun  
• the order has shipped  

All sales are considered final once an order enters production or fulfillment processing.

Sizing & Fit

Do your products run true to size?

Most products are marked true to size unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We recommend ordering your standard U.S. size unless sizing notes specify otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Approved returns may be accepted on eligible delivered items within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Returned items must:
• be unused  
• be unworn  
• remain in original condition  
• include original packaging and tags when applicable  

All returns require prior approval from DLDPT support.

Are refunds issued to my original payment method?

Refunds to the original payment method may only apply under qualifying policy conditions, including:
• qualifying no-delivery situations under the DLDPT 8-Week Delivery Protection Policy  
• approved returns after inspection  
• approved damaged or incorrect item claims  

For approved delivered-item returns:
• restocking fees may apply  
• a $9.99 return label fee may be deducted from the refund amount  

Customers may alternatively choose DLDPT store credit for the full approved return balance.
