DLDPT Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
At DLDPT Luxury Group LLC ("DLDPT"), we want customers to shop with confidence and understand how cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, store credit, damaged merchandise, and delayed orders are handled.
By placing an order through DLDPT.com, customers acknowledge this policy and the related terms presented at purchase.
- Cancellation Grace Period
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
If the order has not entered production, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment preparation, the cancellation may be processed without a cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to: help@dldpt.com
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean an order has been canceled. DLDPT will confirm whether the request was successfully processed.
- Standard Order Cancellations
For products that are not made-to-order, handmade, custom-produced, limited-production, or specialty-manufactured, cancellation eligibility depends on the fulfillment status of the order.
If an order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return process.
- Made-to-Order, Handmade & Custom Product Cancellations
Certain DLDPT products are produced specifically in response to customer orders. These may include: made-to-order merchandise; handmade merchandise; limited-production items; custom-produced merchandise; and specialty-manufactured products.
Because materials, labor, manufacturing resources, and production capacity may be committed specifically to these orders, a 25% cancellation fee may apply to voluntary customer-requested cancellations after the applicable grace period. This percentage is intended to reasonably approximate production-related costs already committed to the order, including materials, labor, and reserved manufacturing capacity.
The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method. The 25% cancellation fee does not apply where DLDPT is legally required to provide a full refund.
- When the 25% Cancellation Fee Does Not Apply
The made-to-order cancellation fee will not be deducted when a full refund is required because of circumstances such as:
- DLDPT determining that it cannot fulfill the order;
- DLDPT canceling the order;
- DLDPT failing to ship within the applicable promised timeframe and the customer declining the delay;
- applicable consumer-protection law requiring a full refund; or
- another circumstance in which applicable law or the terms presented at purchase require the fee to be waived.
Where a seller cannot ship within the timeframe represented to the customer, applicable federal rules generally require notice of the delay and an opportunity for the customer to consent to the revised timeframe or cancel for a refund.
- Production Timeframes & Product Variations
Made-to-order and limited-production items may require additional production time before shipment. The applicable production or shipment timeframe will be disclosed on the product page, at checkout, within the order information, or in DLDPT's Shipping, Production & Delivery Policy.
Because handmade and specialty-produced merchandise may vary slightly between individual units, minor differences in areas such as color; wood grain; texture; hardware placement; stitching; finishing; or material appearance are not automatically considered defects.
This does not apply to merchandise that is defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product purchased.
- Delayed Made-to-Order Products
If DLDPT determines that a made-to-order product cannot be shipped within the timeframe originally represented, DLDPT will provide an appropriate delay notice.
Depending on the circumstances, customers may be offered: continued fulfillment under a revised timeframe; an exchange for another eligible product that may be available sooner; optional store credit or another promotional incentive; another mutually agreed resolution; or cancellation and a full refund when applicable.
Customers will not be required to accept a materially different substitute product or store credit when a full refund is otherwise required.
- DLDPT Eight-Week Shipment Commitment
Certain products are expressly sold under DLDPT's Eight-Week Shipment Commitment. This is a shipment commitment, not a delivery commitment — it guarantees that covered merchandise will ship, with active carrier tracking, within the timeframe below. It does not guarantee a specific doorstep delivery date, which depends on carrier transit after shipment.
For merchandise covered by this commitment, DLDPT commits that the order will ship — and that carrier tracking will be active and reflected in DLDPT's systems — within 8 weeks (56 calendar days) of the order date, unless a different starting point is clearly disclosed before purchase.
If DLDPT learns that it cannot meet this shipment timeframe, DLDPT will provide an appropriate delay notice before the 8-week period expires. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered: continued fulfillment under a revised timeframe; an exchange for another eligible product that may be available sooner; optional store credit or another promotional incentive; another mutually agreed resolution; or cancellation and a full refund when applicable.
Customers will not be required to accept a materially different substitute product or store credit when a full refund is otherwise required.
- DLDPT No-Communication Guarantee
If: (1) the order was expressly covered by the Eight-Week Shipment Commitment; (2) DLDPT fails to ship the merchandise, with active tracking reflected in DLDPT's systems, within that 8-week timeframe; (3) the merchandise has not shipped; and (4) DLDPT failed to provide appropriate delay notice before the 8-week period expired — DLDPT will provide a full refund to the original payment method plus a $50 DLDPT gift card as a customer-care courtesy.
The $50 gift card is provided in addition to the refund and does not replace any refund otherwise due.
- Return Eligibility After Delivery
Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Returned merchandise must: be unworn; be unused; be unaltered; include applicable tags; include original packaging when reasonably possible; and be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Customers must receive return authorization from DLDPT before sending merchandise back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed if DLDPT cannot properly identify or process the package.
- Non-Returnable Items
This section applies in addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 9. The following items may be ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise:
- final-sale items clearly marked before purchase;
- products showing signs of wear or use;
- altered merchandise;
- merchandise damaged after delivery; and
- items missing components, accessories, or packaging where the omission materially affects DLDPT's ability to resell or inspect the returned item.
Made-to-order status alone does not eliminate rights that otherwise apply under this policy or applicable law.
- Refund Option for Approved Returns
For an approved customer-choice return, customers may select a refund to the original payment method.
Where disclosed and legally permitted, the refund may be reduced by:
- a restocking fee of up to 15% of the merchandise price;
- a $9.99 DLDPT return-label fee when DLDPT provides the prepaid label; and
- actual return-shipping charges or other clearly disclosed charges attributable to the return.
DLDPT will disclose applicable return deductions before finalizing the return. No deduction will be made where applicable law requires a full refund without such a fee.
- Store Credit
Customers with an approved return may alternatively choose DLDPT store credit where available. Depending on the return circumstances, DLDPT may waive certain return deductions when store credit is selected.
Unless otherwise disclosed, DLDPT store credit: may be used at DLDPT.com; does not expire; is generally non-transferable; and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Store credit is optional when the customer is otherwise entitled to a cash refund.
- Return Shipping
For ordinary customer-choice returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If DLDPT provides a prepaid return label, the applicable label fee may be deducted from the refund where disclosed.
Customers should ship approved returns within the timeframe provided in their return instructions and are encouraged to retain tracking information and proof of shipment.
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives merchandise that appears damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, DLDPT should be contacted as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
For the fastest review, customers should contact DLDPT within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide: order number; photographs or video of the merchandise; photographs of the packaging where relevant; and a description of the issue. The 48-hour period is intended to help DLDPT investigate product and shipping concerns promptly and does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
If the claim is approved, DLDPT may provide, depending on the circumstances: replacement; exchange; reshipment; repair where appropriate; refund; or another agreed resolution.
For an error caused by DLDPT, the customer will not be charged a restocking fee. DLDPT will generally cover reasonable return shipping when it requires the return of an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Lost Packages & Carrier Issues
If an order appears lost in transit, customers should contact DLDPT so available carrier or shipping-protection procedures can be reviewed. DLDPT may request reasonable information needed to open a carrier investigation.
For packages marked delivered, DLDPT may review: tracking information; delivery photographs; GPS information provided by the carrier; shipping-protection coverage; and other relevant evidence.
Carrier scans may be considered evidence during an investigation but do not eliminate rights the customer may have under applicable law or payment-provider rules.
- Stolen Packages
Customers should promptly report suspected package theft after confirmed carrier delivery. Depending on the circumstances, DLDPT may assist with carrier investigations; shipping-protection claims; replacement options; or other available resolutions.
Customers may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to investigate the reported theft.
- Refused & Returned-to-Sender Packages
Refusing delivery or failing to claim a package does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
Packages returned to DLDPT because of customer refusal; incorrect customer-provided address; failed delivery attempts; or failure to claim the package will be reviewed individually. Where permitted, actual shipping, return-shipping, or applicable restocking charges may be deducted, subject to the 15% restocking-fee cap for ordinary returned merchandise.
Orders returned because of a DLDPT error will not be subject to customer-caused deductions.
- Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, DLDPT will initiate it within the timeframe required by applicable law and DLDPT's payment systems. After DLDPT issues the refund, additional time may be required for the customer's bank; credit-card issuer; BNPL provider; or payment processor to reflect the transaction.
Where a refund is required under federal delayed-shipment rules, DLDPT will process it within the applicable legally required timeframe.
- Order Exchanges
DLDPT may offer exchanges where appropriate. If the replacement item costs more than the original product, the customer may be responsible for the price difference. If the replacement costs less, DLDPT may refund or credit the difference depending on the circumstances.
A materially different substitute will not be sent in place of a delayed product without the customer's agreement.
- Promotional Purchases
Items purchased during promotions remain subject to the eligibility requirements of this policy unless the promotion clearly states otherwise before purchase.
If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotion such as Buy One Get One; Buy Two Get One; Buy Three Get One; bundled pricing; free gifts; or threshold discounts, DLDPT may recalculate the transaction based on the merchandise actually retained by the customer. Any adjustment will be explained as part of the return calculation.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
DLDPT encourages customers to contact help@dldpt.com first so that DLDPT has an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising rights available through a bank; card issuer; BNPL provider; payment processor; or applicable law.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, DLDPT may provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, including: order information; tracking records; delivery confirmations; customer communications; product information; return or refund records; and applicable policies presented in connection with the transaction.
DLDPT may contest disputes that it reasonably believes are inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, or inconsistent with documented order records.
- Fraud, Abuse & Policy Misuse
DLDPT may restrict future purchasing privileges where there is documented evidence of fraudulent transactions; fraudulent returns; intentional chargeback abuse; repeated false nondelivery claims; manipulation of promotions; or other material abuse of DLDPT policies.
Any restriction applies only to future business dealings and does not eliminate rights related to a transaction that have already arisen under applicable law.
- Policy Version Applicable to the Order
The version of this policy presented or otherwise applicable when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law. Updating this policy does not automatically rewrite material terms of previously completed purchases.
DLDPT may update this policy for future purchases to reflect operational, legal, or customer-service changes. The effective date of the current version will appear at the top of this page.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable federal law and the consumer protection laws of the states in which DLDPT does business, including state-specific requirements governing the conspicuous disclosure of return periods, restocking fees, or refund conditions.
- Relationship to Other DLDPT Policies
This policy should be read together with DLDPT's Shipping, Production & Delivery Policy; Terms & Conditions; and Privacy Policy.
If provisions overlap, DLDPT will apply them consistently with applicable law and the terms presented for the applicable transaction. Nothing in DLDPT's policies is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
