DLDPT Return & Refund Policy

At DLDPT, every order is made with Dolls in mind. To keep things transparent, here’s how our return and refund process works:
General Policy
- All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless one of the following applies:
- Order Protection was purchased at checkout (coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged orders).

A return request is filed within 24 hours of delivery and approved.
If neither applies, eligible returns are refunded in the form of a DLDPT gift card, which never expires.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- You received prior approval from DLDPT.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact help@dldpt.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the item + packaging
- Order number
- Description of the issue
If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or gift card (if out of stock).
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- DLDPT is not responsible once an order is in the hands of the carrier.
- We strongly recommend adding Route Order Protection at checkout to safeguard your delivery.
- Without protection, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Refund Exceptions
- Orders not delivered within 30 business days of processing are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds on approved returns are processed in 3–5 business days (gift card or original method, depending on eligibility).
