Return & Refund Policy

To maintain transparency and fairness for both our customers and our business, the following Return, Refund & Store Credit Policy outlines how returns, refunds, exchanges, disputes, and delivery protections are handled when shopping with DLDPT.com.
By placing an order with DLDPT, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.
Order Finality
Due to the nature of our products and limited production model:
All sales are considered final once an order enters:
• production
• processing
• packaging
• fulfillment preparation
• shipment preparation
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once:
• materials have been purchased
• production has started
• fulfillment preparation has begun
• the order has shipped
This policy helps protect production operations, inventory allocation, and custom manufacturing costs associated with made-to-order and limited-production items.
Made-to-Order (MTO) & Limited Production Items
Many products sold through DLDPT.com are:
• made-to-order
• handmade
• limited batch production
• custom-produced
• inspired production designs
By purchasing these products, customers acknowledge and agree that:
• production timelines may vary depending on manufacturing schedules and demand
• materials may be purchased specifically for the order shortly after purchase
• slight variations in color, hardware, textures, materials, or design details may occur
• shipping timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates
Production timelines for certain items may extend up to 8 weeks depending on demand, production scheduling, and logistics conditions.
Made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production begins.
DLDPT 8-Week Delivery Protection
DLDPT is committed to protecting customers through our 8-Week Delivery Protection Policy.
Customers may qualify for a full refund to the original payment method only if an order has not been delivered within 8 weeks (56 calendar days) from the original order date.
The DLDPT 8-Week Delivery Protection:
• applies only to qualifying no-delivery situations
• does not guarantee delivery by a specific date
• does not apply to delays outside of DLDPT’s control
This protection does not cover delays related to:
• carrier transit delays
• customs processing
• severe weather
• supplier delays
• warehouse backlogs
• high order volume
• operational interruptions
• courier scanning delays
• payment processing reviews
• international logistics disruptions
• holidays or temporary closures
Customers acknowledge that delays outside of DLDPT’s control may occur.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds to the original payment method are only issued under the following circumstances:
• The order qualifies under the DLDPT 8-Week Delivery Protection Policy
• An approved return has been received and inspected by DLDPT
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is reported within the required timeframe
If none of these conditions apply, approved resolutions may be issued as:
• DLDPT store credit
• replacement item
• gift card
• reshipment
at DLDPT’s discretion.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must meet the following conditions:
• return request submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
• item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• all tags, packaging, and included materials must be returned
• return must receive prior approval from DLDPT support
Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.
DLDPT reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet return eligibility standards.
Return Refund Options
If a customer chooses to return an approved delivered order, the following refund options are available:
Option 1 — Refund to Original Payment Method
Customers may request a refund back to their original payment method for approved returns.
However, the following fees will be deducted from the refund amount:
• applicable restocking fee
• $9.99 return shipping label fee
• any applicable handling or processing deductions
The remaining balance will be refunded after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Option 2 — Full Store Credit
Customers may alternatively choose DLDPT store credit for the full approved return balance.
When store credit is selected:
• restocking fees may be waived at DLDPT’s discretion
• the full approved balance may be issued as store credit
• store credit does not expire
• store credit is non-transferable and may only be used through DLDPT.com
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the return reason.
Customer Responsibility
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility when:
• the item was delivered correctly and without defects
• the customer no longer wants the item
• the return does not involve an approved damaged or incorrect item claim
Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable shipping methods.
If DLDPT provides a return label:
• the package must be shipped within 72 hours
• unused labels may expire
• failure to ship within the required timeframe may void return eligibility
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, DLDPT must be contacted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers must email:

The following must be included:
• order number
• photos of the item
• photos of the packaging
• detailed description of the issue
If approved, DLDPT may provide:
• replacement item
• reshipment
• store credit
• gift card
• return instructions
If DLDPT provides a return label for a damaged or incorrect item:
• the package must be shipped within 24 hours of label issuance
• failure to return the package within the required timeframe may result in store credit being issued instead of a refund to the original payment method
Return shipping for approved damaged or incorrect item claims may be covered by DLDPT.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DLDPT is not responsible for:
• lost packages
• stolen packages
• delayed packages
• carrier delivery issues
Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping protection at checkout when available.
Without shipping protection, claims may need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Tracking confirmation and carrier delivery scans may be used as proof of successful delivery in disputes or claims.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after:
• the returned item is received
• inspection is completed
• return eligibility is confirmed
Depending on eligibility, approved resolutions may be issued as:
• refund to original payment method
• DLDPT store credit
• DLDPT gift card
• replacement item
• reshipment
Processing timelines may vary depending on payment provider processing times and operational review procedures.
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
By purchasing from DLDPT.com, customers agree to contact DLDPT customer support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Customers agree not to file disputes for:
• delayed shipments still in transit
• orders currently in production
• orders awaiting carrier scans
• orders impacted by disclosed delays
• delivered orders
• orders where policy terms were accepted during checkout
DLDPT reserves the right to submit:
• tracking information
• delivery confirmation
• customer communication records
• IP address records
• checkout acknowledgment records
• policy acceptance confirmations
as evidence in response to disputes or chargebacks.
DLDPT reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, claims, or future service in cases involving:
• abuse of the return policy
• excessive return activity
• fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
• suspicious purchasing activity
• claims inconsistent with delivery records
Accounts found abusing store policies may be restricted from future purchases.
Legal Notice
By purchasing from DLDPT.com, customers acknowledge and agree to:
• all DLDPT store policies
• all fulfillment timelines
• all refund and return conditions
• all delivery protections and limitations
• all chargeback and dispute terms outlined on the website
Customers further agree to attempt resolution directly with DLDPT customer support before pursuing legal action or third-party disputes.
