Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
  • International shipping coming soon — stay tuned!

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing includes payment verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
  • During high-volume times (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take longer.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines begin once your package is scanned by the carrier.
  • Estimated delivery window: 7–12 business days after shipment (for standard U.S. delivery).
  • You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 business hours after processing for tracking updates, as we must wait for the carrier to scan the package.
  • Carriers we may use include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF Express, and UniUni. The actual carrier depends on your location, speed selected, and order size.

4. Free Shipping

  • Free economy shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $100+.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, DLDPT is not responsible for it.
  • We strongly recommend selecting Route Order Protection at checkout to safeguard your delivery against loss, theft, or damage.
  • If you opt out of order protection, you must file any claims directly with the carrier.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • DLDPT is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address entries.
  • Orders returned to sender due to bad addresses or delivery refusal will incur reshipping fees, which must be paid by the customer.

7. Delivery Refusals or Returns

  • If a package is refused or unclaimed, it will be returned to us.
  • No refunds are issued for refused deliveries. We can assist with reshipping once a new shipping fee is paid.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

  • DLDPT is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections (once international shipping is available).
  • If your package is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at help@dldpt.com.
