This item is offered as a PRE-ORDER and is not ready to ship at the time of purchase.

DLDPT pre-order pieces are created specifically for upcoming production batches. Many of our designs are handmade, hand-assembled, custom-produced, or require specialty construction by real people rather than being pulled from mass-produced, ready-to-ship inventory.

Because of the craftsmanship and production involved, please allow approximately 3–8 weeks from your order date for production, processing, and delivery.

Some orders may arrive sooner. However, by purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to allow the full disclosed preorder timeframe.

WHY PRE-ORDERS TAKE TIME

Your piece may move through several stages before it reaches you, including:

• Production and hand assembly
• Specialty construction and detailing
• Finishing and hardware application
• Quality inspection
• Packaging and processing
• Carrier pickup and transit
• Final delivery

We want every DLDPT piece leaving production to meet our quality standards. For specialty and handmade designs, that process cannot always be rushed.

PRE-ORDER TIMELINE: APPROX. 3–8 WEEKS

Please allow approximately 3–8 weeks from the date your order is placed for completion and delivery.

Production schedules are estimates and may shift within this disclosed window depending on the complexity of the design, production volume, quality inspections, and other factors involved in creating handmade or custom-produced merchandise.

An order remaining in production during the stated 3–8 week preorder period is not considered delayed.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Pre-order inventory and production are allocated based on confirmed customer orders.

Once a pre-order has been placed and production has been allocated or begun, the order cannot be canceled simply because the item has not yet shipped, production is still underway, or the customer no longer wishes to wait within the disclosed 3–8 week timeframe.

Please place a pre-order only if you are comfortable allowing the full production and delivery window.

PROCESSING & TRACKING

Once your item has completed production and passed quality inspection, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for final processing and packaging, when applicable.

Tracking information is issued once packaging is completed and your shipment is prepared for carrier transit.

Depending on the order and destination, DLDPT shipments may travel through carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF Express, and UniUni.

Tracking may not show movement while your item is still being produced. A lack of tracking information during the production stage does not mean your order has been forgotten, canceled, or lost.

SHIPPING

Once production and processing are complete, U.S. and Canada deliveries typically arrive within approximately 7–12 business days after shipment, although carrier and customs delays may extend transit times.

DLDPT currently offers:

• FREE Economy Shipping on orders $100+
• FREE Priority Express Shipping on qualifying orders $500+ on eligible items
• Route Order Protection available at checkout for eligible coverage involving lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Shipping eligibility and available services may vary by product, destination, and order.

OUR 8-WEEK PRODUCTION PROMISE

DLDPT stands behind the production timelines we provide.

If your order exceeds 8 weeks specifically because of a DLDPT production delay and has not completed production or been released for shipment, you may become eligible for a refund to your original payment method under our 8-Week Production Promise.

Our 8-Week Production Promise applies to qualifying production delays within DLDPT’s control.

Once your completed order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, transit circumstances are outside of DLDPT’s direct control. These may include:

• U.S. Customs or international customs inspections
• Customs clearance delays
• Carrier transportation or processing delays
• Carrier facility delays
• Weather-related disruptions
• Government or regulatory inspections
• Delayed or missed carrier scans
• Other carrier-related disruptions after shipment

A carrier or customs delay does not constitute a DLDPT production delay and does not automatically qualify an order for a refund under the 8-Week Production Promise.

If a shipment encounters a carrier or customs delay, DLDPT will continue to monitor available tracking information and assist with carrier inquiries whenever reasonably possible.

RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY

Unless the individual product is specifically marked Final Sale, eligible return requests must be submitted within the applicable return window.

• Return requests submitted within 24–72 hours after delivery may qualify for a refund, subject to eligibility and applicable restocking fees.
• Eligible requests submitted after 72 hours but within 7 days of delivery may qualify for a DLDPT store gift card only.
• After 7 days from delivery, the item becomes non-returnable.
• Specialty, custom, or Final Sale products may have different restrictions as disclosed on their individual product pages.

Please review the individual product listing before purchasing, as product-specific terms may supersede the general return policy.

BY PLACING A PRE-ORDER

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a pre-order, not a ready-to-ship item.
• Production and delivery may require approximately 3–8 weeks.
• Your piece may be handmade, hand-assembled, or custom-produced by real people.
• Production may continue throughout the disclosed preorder window without the order being considered delayed.
• Tracking is generally issued after production, quality inspection, and packaging are completed.
• Pre-orders cannot be canceled solely because they remain within the disclosed production timeframe.
• The 8-Week Production Promise applies to qualifying DLDPT production delays, not customs or carrier delays occurring after your completed order has been released for shipment.
• Product-specific Final Sale or return restrictions still apply when disclosed on the individual product page.

DLDPT pieces are designed to make a statement and should be treated with exceptional care to preserve their luxury appearance and structure. Due to the detailed craftsmanship, specialty fabrics, faux fur textures, custom hardware, rhinestones, platform soles, and handmade finishes used throughout many of our styles, we strongly recommend gentle handling and proper storage after each wear.

To help maintain the quality of your DLDPT heels and boots:

• Store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Avoid excessive moisture, rough surfaces, and prolonged friction.
• Use care when walking in embellished, satin, patent, faux fur, or specialty-fabric styles.

• Keep original packaging or dust protection when possible to help preserve shape and finish. Each DLDPT piece includes recommended care guidance tailored to the item’s material and construction. Proper maintenance will help extend the beauty, structure, and wearability of your statement pieces over time.

If you are between sizes or have wider feet, we recommend sizing up for the best fit. Most DLDPT styles fit true to size unless otherwise stated on the product page.
