If your order has not received a tracking number within 30 calendar days, you are entitled to a full refund.
If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days, you are also eligible for a full refund.
For made-to-order or handmade items, including the Monarch Couture Heel Boot, production timelines may extend up to 8 weeks due to the custom production process.
If a made-to-order item exceeds the 8-week production window without delivery, customers are entitled to a full refund under our Policy Promise.

Our handmade and made-to-order pieces may require up to 8 weeks for completion and delivery. If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, you are fully eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
Return requests must be submitted within 24–72 hours after delivery for refund eligibility. Returns submitted within 7 days may qualify for a DLDPT store gift card only. After 7 days, items become non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
