Our handmade and made-to-order pieces may require up to 8 weeks for completion and delivery. If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, you are fully eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
Return requests must be submitted within 24–72 hours after delivery for refund eligibility. Returns submitted within 7 days may qualify for a DLDPT store gift card only. After 7 days, items become non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
